We operate dedicated local stores for Australia, Canada, France, Ireland, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, UAE, United Kingdom, and USA. Customers in all other countries may order from our international store with delivery to most global destinations.
Certain remote territories and P.O. Box addresses may incur additional shipping charges or may not be serviceable by standard courier networks. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us before placing your order.

Local country store orders
Orders placed through a local country store are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

- Ireland: 2–4 business days
- Mexico: 4–8 business days

International orders
International orders from our main store are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs processing times. Remote locations may take longer.
Express shipping
Express and priority shipping options are available at checkout for most destinations. Estimated express delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and the shipping method selected. We regularly offer free standard shipping promotions — check your country store for current offers. Import duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
All orders are dispatched with a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
Returns Policy
Unused products
We accept returns of unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Defective or damaged products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage where required.
Products that cannot be returned
We cannot accept returns of products that have been installed, used, or altered from their original condition. Custom cut or modified products are non-returnable unless defective. Adhesive that has been opened or partially used cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned goods. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit. Shipping costs paid at the time of order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly at [email protected] or by phone on +66 098 391 3877. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the returns process must be used instead. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
